Thermador Appliance Repair in Old Greenwich, CT

When one function changes and the others still work

A kitchen appliance may have several independently selected functions. Tell us which one behaves differently and which still operate as expected. For an oven, identify the cavity and mode; for refrigeration, identify the compartment. This keeps the service request specific without assuming the whole appliance has failed. If you have already photographed a display message, include that image with the appointment information.

Consider cabinetry and working space early

An appliance behind decorative fronts or within a tall cabinet may require a different access plan from a freestanding unit. Show the installation in a wide photograph and mention nearby obstructions. Keep trim, panels and connections in place. The technician assesses access together with the fault, then discusses the scope and any further arrangements needed for the approved repair. Completion at the first appointment cannot be promised before those details are known.

A diagnostic visit, then a repair quote.

The diagnostic service call is $95, credited toward an approved repair. We explain the recommended work and its itemized price before you decide to proceed. Parts requirements and any further appointment are discussed with that recommendation. Same-day and emergency availability depend on the schedule and service address.

Genuine OEM parts. One-year repair warranty.

Completed repairs use genuine OEM parts and include a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty on parts installed and labor performed under normal use. New unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and subsequent work by others are excluded. The warranty applies to the completed repair, not every component of the appliance.

Questions about Thermador service.

Can a Thermador repair be completed on the first visit?

Sometimes, but the fault, required parts and installation access determine that. We explain any need for another appointment after the diagnostic assessment.
